The return and exchange policy is very unfriendly to customers. It makes no allowances for bad fit, poor color representation or other reasons a customer may not be satisfied with their online purchase. I can get a great pair of pants anywhere ***
Order was delivered very quickly. The Mova pants fit great and are true to size. I love the cargo pocket. I am a phys ed teacher and use the pocket for my keys. There are very few active pants that have good pockets for keys! The material is thinner than the Mova pants I bought several years ago. They may not be as warm in the winter but may be cooler in the gym. Not sure how they will wear, only time will tell. The heavier material has worn well and you can hardly tell the pants are 3 years old.

I would like another pair and was wondering if you would ever make the Mova pant in a navy blue.
The customer service representative was more than helpful. I was a bit frustrated that the sizing had changed since the last time I had bought some Revolvr pants. She facilitated the return and actually found the odd size I needed in the warehouse. The website did not list them as available so I would have never found a workable size if she had not checked the inventory. I was out of town too and not in a place with good phone service so I was also impressed that there was patience involved in returning calls.
Great customer support!! Mailed in a pair of pants that were given as a gift for exchange. Kuhl gave me credit for the pants, plus added about $*** for shipping costs. Love all their products!
No issues at all, was all done on the website so didn't have nor need any personal attention.

I have made a few purchased direct with Kuhl and numerous at local store. I often find the stores sometimes have more items available then on-line at the Kuhl website. Not sure if the ones at the stores are older versions. I was really wanting a pair of Renegade shorts in blue, was unable to find on the website. I did a google search and found them at Zappo's. Would have rather gone direct, but were not available.

I would like to offer a shout out to a previous issue and how it was handled however. I had a jacket that was showing a bit of piling and reached out to get some information on how to clean it up. The customer service rep said that it was best to have the jacket returned and replaced at no charge. I didn't feel it was a quality issue from Kuhl and let the customer service rep know this, and she still offered to replace it. I decided to keep it as is, but am glad Kuhl stands behind its products.
Stand by your products. Listen to your customers, especially those who have spent *** of dollars with you in the past.
They do honor their warranty, which is very good. However I am not impressed with the quality of their clothing, especially for the high prices, and their returns process is a hassle.
One of the pairs of shorts have the long inseam which is too long for me otherwise everything was perfect.
solid products, some of the sizing is a little off/slightly big for smaller guys.
