I bought LiveAgent last year in fall when it was available on the AppSumo. I am very happy that these guys returned there as I (unfortunately) missed the previous deal. I am extremely satisfied with the service, tool and customer support I am getting - even as a freelancer with a LTD.
LiveAgent fits our needs perfectly! Running a small HR agency, we needed to constantly have a system in our email inbox and give replies to all applicants. The included ability to create several departments based on the economy / business / technology sector, place tags, arrange responsibilites and last, but not least set up some automation have been all gamechangers for us. No emails slips through now, our applicants are happier and give us even better ratings for the services we provide them. Our business partners also saw an increase in their satisfaction as the communication is now much easier and neater.
