We love and adore LiveAgent! This help desk is very powerful, yet pretty affordable for smaller business such as ours. We like that we can combine all of our channels into one tool and therefore save a lot of time and resources. The addition of social networks is very welcomed. We would like to also appreciate the absolutely incredible customer support team. These guys know how to be the role models in customer support.
The software is stable and fulfills all of our needs. We like the included live chat and its customization such as bubbles, invitations or chat windows. The rules and tags saved us a lot of time (even though we have to admit that we have to visit the support portal online to get the clear vision of how to set it up properly). The 4 stars review is because the mobile apps on both platforms - iOS and Android - are sluggish, old and most of the time not functioning as they should. Don't know why a company that provides such a great software on desktop can not make proper apps for busy people on the go.
From the moment we have started to use LiveAgent 3 years ago, we immediately knew that our choice was right. It helped us to save many hours of explanations thanks to the included customer support portal, where we store all of our most necessary knowledge about our products and also FAQs for customers. The addition of live chat and the call center, that is directly built-in to the package is very helpful too as it solves the customer requests much quicker than emails. Based on our pleasant experience with the tool and the customer support department, we recommed LiveAgent to every business, that is looking to provide the best customer support.
We consider the included call center as the best feature of the whole LiveAgent package. Having the option to have everything under the same roof seamlessly with a wide variety of VoIP partners to choose from is great addition to already powerful and capable help desk software. The IVR options and the included unlimited storage for call recordings is very useful too!
My job as a leader of customer support department has always been about keeping our customers as happy and satisfied and as possible while also keeping the good mood in the team. Implementing LiveAgent to our company allowed me to fulfill both of my priorities. Customers love the live chat and having the option to have a call with us (including the video calls!!) while my colleagues like the tool because of complex features and automation. Last, but not least the reports give me a great overview of how we are doing as a customer support team. It just makes the work easier. :)

I have to admit, that my first steps with this help desk system were not always the best ones as I had to learn where are some of the features located or how to work / turn them on. However, after I got used to it, my everyday job as support agent has become super easy. :)
Being a daily user of LiveAgent, I have to admit that even though the beginnings were not always very easy, the software is very smooth and powerful. All of our customers and the rest of my team are very happy with LiveAgent.

Implementing LiveAgent has been pretty easy and quick task. We were able to set up everything with the documentation available on their support portal. Also, when it comes to customer support, these guys absolutely rock. It’s nothing I have ever seen so far on the internet. Thank you for amazing tool!
