    We received confirmation that the order was ready for shipment and would be delivered within 5-10 business days. The delivery manager was to contact us to make an appointment. This didn't happen, and the company's phone support was dismissive when we contacted them to inquire.

    Finally, delivery was scheduled 12 business days out (not 10); then the delivery missed the time window. Our calls and messages to the delivery manager went unanswered. Calling the company back got us a new revised delivery time that was also missed by more than 6 hours.

    In the evening we got a text from unknown person out of the blue stating that they would deliver at midnight - 9 to 12 hours late and on a work day no less (!!). The crew left at 12:45 am, with one item missing, and we had to argue with them about setting up the furniture, even though it was included in the order.

    Aside from the atrocious delivery experience, the vendor ignored our communications about the missing item and refund for it. We had to submit a credit card dispute.

    Unless the company drastically overhauls their delivery tracking and proactively communicates with customers about the status of the delivery, it is not worth the hassle shopping there.

    First of all, we would like to apologize if you got offended by us in any way. We acknowledge that this was an unpleasant service experience at the end of which you ended up lacking a mirror, which we want to deliver to you free of charge and cost when it will become available in the warehouse. The refund for the mirror was issued to you promptly when we found out that it was missing.
    You are right about pointing out flaws in our handling and delivery process, and we would like to thank you for that.
    Unfortunately, every other thousandth order gets mistreated, for that or the other reason, which sometimes is not under our control.
    We are constantly learning from the mistakes changing our approach to improve our services and prevent these unpleasant moments. We want our customer to be satisfied with the purchase and try to solve the issue if there is any happen, yet it takes some extra time to solve we still do our best to have the happy customer.

    The ordering process was very quick and easily. Delivery was quick. The delivery man was very professional and courteous.
