Completely satisfied with product and service.
I have ordered these beautiful wine glasses (set/6) twice, about 3 years apart. They arrived in a timely manner, was packaged carefully & I would recommend them to my friends. First saw them when we had lunch in a cafe in Athens, Greece. Received them as a gift from our traveling companions, (who also bought a box for herself in Hawaii),

Your beautiful wine glasses arrived very quickly and were well wrapped to protect them. I would have ordered more but the shipping costs got to high so I will wait awhile to order them. A winery from Temecula, California used the glasses and I was fortunate enough to have them give me the information where I could order my own. I just love them!! I would highly recommend your glasses. My only complaint is shipping cost as I usually never have to pay for that!
I still have no received my order. DHL delivered the package to the WRONG address and issued a fraudulent confirmation of delivery. I have spoken to the person who mistakenly received the package and they said they gave the package back to the driver. This was four days ago and I have called DHL repeatedly to try to get it back. They have been extremely unhelpful and I am getting very frustrated. I don’t know what to do anymore.
Although I requested that the teaspoons be confirmed as such prior to shipping, we were sent the smaller coffee spoons.
The website wasn't so new, so I was worried, but everything went very well.
Shipping from France to Japan was very fast (less than a week) and my order was processed quickly.
On arrival I inspected the packaging and everything looked well protected, but when I opened it one out of the 12 glasses had a crack in the base.
I contacted customer support and within 24 hours they responded to me and offered to refund the cost of that glass. Good communication and overall satisfactory service.
The order was great. DHS delivery was fast (wish it was a bit cheaper delivery) but the product was fabulous.
The merchandise was packed very well but the box was damaged in transit and consequently some of the glass bowls were chipped. I wrote and submitted photos of the damage with a request for an adjustment. I received a response within 24 hours with a generous offer to refund the damage items as well as the shipping costs. AZ is a first class company and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Excellent product and fast delivery. Great communication from company too!
