Agent was very helpful, understood what I needed for my business and I am pleased.
I have been trying to cancel my general liability policy with them for 9 days now. Called customer service 5 times and have followed up with two separate emails to customer service documenting my phone conversations and requests in writing over these 9 days. The next year's effective date does not start until 06-04-2022 and they billed my card without warning on 05-04-2021. I still do not have confirmation of policy cancelation and to date my card has not yet been refunded the $*** they charged me. I sure would hate to have to collect on a policy I purchased through them if I am having this much trouble just trying to cancel my policy before the next year's effective date and get my money back. I will not use Cover Wallet again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Also, you should know that I attempted to initiate a dispute through American Express since I was having this much trouble canceling my policy and getting the money they charged me. The dispute was immediately closed by American Express with the following response, "As per your CM Agreement and/or merchant policies, we are unable to investigate this charge. Please contact the merchant directly." So.... It looks like they make sure they protect themselves very effectively and prevent dissatisfied customers from pursuing recourse by other means when they are unable to get resolution by going through Cover Wallet's poor customer service channels. I have probably spent more than 10 hours of my life trying to resolve this issue and get my money back.
