Best customer service I have had in a long time. I would recommend CW to anyone looking for insurance coverage.
At first my experience with cover wallet was awesome. My agent name was *** he was awesome, when I COI provided the information within 10 mins, (anyone in this logistics business know you need coi information ASAP)
But once my agent was change to ***....... it all change . He's was very slow with provided COI, now wait time is 1-3 hours, any time I requested document he wasn't efficient . It was easier for me to call Progressive directly .

I receive an email from ***....(my agent ) stated that my policy was going to be cancel effective this date , and service was never cancel.
When I ask him about this concern he advise me to contact Progressive directly . When I contacted progressive - I explain the situation and they advise me due to the miscommunication they can backdate the cancelation date as the date the email stated , but my agent must give them a call directly.

I spoke with *** and inform him, what progressive said, and he refuse to assist me, by calling Progressive

Now I'm wondering , if the reason he didn't cancel policy is due to commission/pay reason.

Now I was billed for additional 45 days of service , which I have the email where my agent (***.) stated my service will be cancel effective 10/20/22, which my policy is still open as of today .
