From start to finish, I felt I was in good hands. Very professional , courteous and helped me to understand all the fundamentals. Great company and I will recommend them thru out the business world. Thank you again.
The process of setting up the original policies was really quick and easy. I needed to add an additional insured and that process took well over a month. To say I was displeased is an understatement.
I got the coverage I needed at a good price.
Due to my mistakes I had to ask for corrections on a certificate of insurance to my landloard. Each time they took care of it quickly and with no problems.
All was going pretty great during the initial sign up, etc. After I got signed up paid, etc. then not so much.

Sent an e-mail to the general cover wallet e-mail (which is all I could find) last Tuesday (June 4) for help reviewing a client's request for my coverage to work for them. No answer or reply. So on Friday morning, I called (because I was consumed with work Mon thru Thu). No one had seen my e-mail or knew it ever arrived (how does THAT happen?).

Now consider that the initial request was a week from when I was supposed to begin work for the client (June 10). So on Friday the representative said that I should know something in 24-48 hours. Of which no definition was provided as to whether that was business days or not. So nothing heard on Sat or Sun or Mon morning. I called first thing Monday morning (Jun 10) and left a message with my representative again to check the progress of my need. Consider I was supposed to be working for the client requiring the insurance beginning this morning of which I cannot until coverage is acquired.

Finally I spoke with the representative (after I called again). Things kind of moved. Called again at about 2pm (EST) June 10 of which I finally spoke with my representative. He said he would call and check with the underwriters for the stage of progress and call me in about an hour. I waited until about 3:45 pm and called again and was sent to voice mail. Got a quote and around 4pm was told I would be getting a *** e-mail and that I should expect it soon. Nothing.

Tuesday (June 11) morning, I send an e-mail and call and leave a message. Nothing. I call again, the representative answers. Says something must be going on with system and *** will be to me shortly and he will call back in 15 minutes. An hour passes with no call and I call back. Finally a document to sign. Finally my last step... get a certificate specific to my client's contractual requirements. Then I get an e-mail saying that with a waiver of subrogation for work comp requires some things to be redone and additional premium. At this time, have heard nothing more.

Was supposed to do a weekly visit (for *** starting on Monday and now it is looking like I may be lucky to go work for them next week. I am sitting tight to get this while I pursue other insurance providers. Coverwallet's process has cost me (*** what the original carrier I pursued would have charged if I had only went with them in the first place. It seems I am getting what I didn't pay for.
I am hoping that I do not lose the client completely because Cover Wallet is making me look unorganized and incompetent.

Hopefully someone reads this and listens and learns. But not feeling confident that anyone will even see this and if so, cover wallet will make promises it will not follow through on.
The representative that assisted me was very people friendly.
The online enrollment process for my business insurance needs was smooth, seamless and simple. Needed some additional assistance from staff for COI document and this experience was delightful, efficient and timely. Would recommend insurance seekers to contact and use CoverWallet for their needs.
