This is a complete scam! don't fall for it! t's a terrible company! They advertise a "special" that includes up to 10 vents but when the technician arrives he immediately says that the price was misquoted. This isn't a real company, it's what's known as a subcontractor where they're just a middleman and hire contractors or other businesses to do work for them. I didn't know this until after the fact, unfortunately. The price quoted over the phone vs. what was given on site was way off. This guys do business in the Austin area and are scammers. Do not use them. My fault for falling for the $*** whole house duct cleaning. No company car or truck or special equipment. No business card, no license here. The "technichian" pretended that he hooked a hose to the main A/C unit and after less than 10 minutes he said he was done. Since I saw him coming I knew I was being the victim of scammers so all I wanted at that time was for him to get away from my house.

I received an estimate that said: We can do up to 10 vents for $*** per a/c unit and $*** for each additional vent if needed. The tech will also check for mold, mildew and bacteria inside the duct system before starting. If he finds anything he will let you know what type of treatment he can do and what the additional cost would be.

When technician came, he just vacuumed the main A/C unit. When I asked him about the vents, he said that would be additional. It took him about 15 minutes or even less. All he did was to connect a hole to the A/C and after that he left. The emails I received and the invoice I was given does not have any letterhead. I feel I have been

I feel like I got scammed—the technician did not collect any trash and if he did, he must have left the debris inside on the floor of the basement. I am unhappy with the service and believe I was charged for nothing.
