Long-time customer - I want to say great products and service, but then again, I have no clue about how computers work. What I do know something about is customer service. With that, I am mostly pleased; however, I am sometimes frustrated with communication and response time.

My mac is suddenly running slow. We did a drive cleanup a month ago, but now it is slow again. Today the technician said he wasnt a mac expert, and support.com didnt have any mac experts. He couldnt get the tools to load due to it not being verified by mac. He was going to get off the phone with only 3GB free of 245 like that was an accomplishment. I waited for 4 hours for a call to clean up my mac, and they assigned a non mac expert. I I suggested moving the music (42G) to my external drive but confessed I didnt know how. he went to some ai page I am guessing and pasted a note on my computer with step by step instructions, but to his credit, stayed on with me to complete it. We spent an hour on that, and finally got it to work. but in the end, my Systems Data is still taking up 117G on my hard drive, and he suggested I call apple support for help on that. Not a great value for the money spent, but we did make some progress
