*** was good at talking me through some of initial things he was doing. By the end, I felt like he was rushing to get me off the line. I had a couple of concerns and was just kind of ignored. I think the issue was fixed, but when i wanted to check it while he was still online with me, I was rushed through.

I have been having issues with Byepass+. The first call to another assistant fixed the issue, but when I rebooted the PC, it would not work. *** was the tech this time. Not only did he speak excellent English, but his efficiency and personality made the time spent on the phone an excellent experience. I sincerely hope that if I need to call back with other issues, he is the tech I get.
