This particular *** *** definitely glistened! Also, the box it came in had its own light, and made the *** appear more sparkling when you opened the box. However, it was smaller than I had anticipated. But the only major issue I had was the shipping wording from the receipt. This is a copy and paste from the receipt: "FedEx 2 Day Air Expected on *** When I checked out there was an expected date of April 17th for 2-day air when I placed my order on the April 14th. I needed the item on April 19th for a gift, and that is when I received it (thankfully). When I had called the company on April 16th/17th questioning why it hadn't even shipped yet, and was still in the processing status, I was told they were waiting on the chain, and that the expected date given was when it would be expected to ship, not when I would receive it. When they ship it, I would expect it on the day according to what I selected for my shipping method. When I asked for a refund on my shipping I was told that "okay, we will change it to ground shipping." However, obviously I wanted to still receive the 2 day air, considering my receipt stated, "FedEx 2 Day Air, Expected on *** But the manager said that "in the policy it states that it can take 2-3 business days to process, than it is shipped once the processing is complete, that date is not when I will receive it by, that was the date expected to finish processing." Therefore, he was not at all willing to refund me the extra money I spent on the 2 day air, but rather change it to ground shipping, then refund me, because their policy explained the shipping policy. Therefore, word of advice, if you order from this company and choose for a quicker shipping method do not be fooled by the "Expected" date because this is not when you will receive but rather when they will be "expected" to complete the processing.
