The associate,Tina, showed top notch customer service. She was willing to help and always patient with every phone call. The order procedure was also easy and simple. The pendant is simply gorgeous. The pictures were nice, but it's having the piece in hand where one can fully appreciate its beauty and fine quality. I/we love, love, love the pendant.

I love my bracelet, it’s delicate and sparkly. Great everyday wear. It looks better than the pictures, I think the pictures show maybe an older setting, the one I received have thinner rim, the diamonds set a little taller than the rim and the clasp is different. The video shows the right setting and clasp like the one I received. The yellow gold has a nice warm tone to it to compliment the diamonds.

My purchase from itshot was fine with the assistance of a lady in sales. Unfortunately my product was damaged on arrival in Sydney Australia.
The watch inside the carton was not damaged however the Cartier box containing the watch sustained substantial damage. Neither itshot or FedEx will compensate me for the damage. To replace the Cartier box,if possible will be expensive.
The parcel was not sufficiently packaged to travel via international airfreight. Itshot and FedEx accept that the package is damaged and that this is disappointing however, the company are not prepared to rectify this damage. This is extremely disappointing. I would not order from the company again

Glad you love the watch and very sorry about the box. The watch was packed properly (we have been shipping watches for over 20 years now, so we do know how to properly pack it). But no matter how it is packaged if somebody steps on the package, the box will most probably get some damage. We do indicate that if there are any damage with the package to not accept it (we ship our packages with signature requirement, so no package will be left unattended and customer always has a chance to review it and accept or refuse it). As you are aware once you notified us, we did do our best to assist and filed claim for insurance with FedEx. Unfortunately it was denied. Once package was accepted and since there is no damage to the actual watch, it is impossible to prove to FedEx the problem and claim insurance just for the box since Cartier does not sell the boxes separately. So to avoid such issues, in case the FedEx is trying to deliver a package which is visibly damaged, please refuse it and notify us, so we could assist. Your itshot.com team
