Embroidery looks great! I just wish larger areas, as in back of shirts, could be embroidery as well instead of printed. But, overall, very happy with items.

Customer service was helpful. Production and shipping was fast. Only issue was with our tax exempt forms. Took a long time (If ever...have not checked with the financial department) to get this fixed.

Wanted a single cap. They have an exceptional inventory of caps/color combinations to choose from. I sent the logo and their response was quick; they clearly care about each and every order. They requestied confirmation of thread colors. We could have gone back and forth forever but I asked if they could just match cap colors? Yes! I began this custom order in November not expecting it to arrive before Christmas.
2 weeks before Christmas I opened a box containing a pristine, exact replica of logo, perfect, very high quality ball cap. So well done!
