    Mr. Appliance did a great job with our refrigerator repair.They replaced the "jazz board" which got our fridge back up and running. The techs were knowledgeable, punctual, and the business is professional, systematic and dependable. They did have to come back a 2nd time to help with a condensate leak (we actually had 2 problems with our 4 year old fridge), but they handled it and did not charge for the 2nd trip, which was totally stand-up!

    I would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair!

    No effort was made to find the problem. I simply wiggled some wires and now my oven works fine. He wanted to sell me a *** part. Only because that would be the easiest way to solve the problem. Also most expensive. He told me that my thermostat doesn't work nor the new one I already bought. Well it's working fine now. I should become a repair woman.

    the e-mails from Mr Appliance often would come after they were closed so that I could not respond to them by phone if I had to change an early morning appointment

    you over charged me for the part and service, this part was *** and you charge me about *** TO INSTALL IT WHICH DID NOT TAKE MORE THAN A HALF HOUR, TO ME IT WAS TO MUCH. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW.
