    Mr Appliance is a great firm. If I leave a message , it is returned promptly. They always seem to be able to come out quickly and even call to let you know when they will arrive.
    The technicians are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable *** the price is fair.
    Unfortunately , today's appliances are made with cheap parts and I have had to use them for washing machines, dryers and a refrigerator.
    Can't say I enjoy needing them but I certainly appreciate knowing they are honest and dependable.

    I thought I had a leaking washing machine, but it was a drain pipe overflow. *** clearly identified the problem, and did not pretend he fixed something on the washer. Very honest, and I will use this service again when I really do have a problem. They kept their service appointment time, and were efficient.

    The technician came out and looked at the icemaker, turned things off/on, looked at connections, cleaned the ice collector. And miraculously after he left the icemaker began to work again.

    Kind of hard to rate since no service was performed. Despite having problems w/ it earlier the appliance was behaving properly when the tech was here (or course). They did charge for the service call, which I don't blame them. However, they did say if anything happens w/ it again in the next month they'll come back out for free and take a look, which I thought was a nice offer.

    We have used Mr. APPLIANCE for 5 years to service our appliances in our office kitchen and several employees have used him in their homes to service and repair their kitchen appliances.
