First time user. I had an emergency order that I needed to receive ASAP.I called to make sure the item I needed was in stock (because it said "low stock") and could get shipped the same day. The woman in customer service I spoke to put me on hold and called the warehouse to verify that it was in stock. She said that it normally takes up to 24 hours to process an order, and it normally wouldn't ship until the next day, but she would try to expedite it. Well, she did, and I received my vibration-isolating ceiling mount in time for the install. Neobits came through with flying colors. Thank you!

I contacted neobits via phone to check pricing and availability of a thermostat that was listed as "not in stock. please call" My call was answered promptly, and the representative identified that the thermostat wasn't in stock and could be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I went ahead and placed the order online via the website. The next day i was pleasantly surprised to receive notification that the unit shipped. So not sure if the representative expedited a direct shipment; or just that their inventory system was off, but either way i'm satisfied; and I got a good price compared to other sites.
