2 days after I placed an order through you guys with a brand new credit card that I only used once; and that was with your shop, my card number was used for 600.00 dollars at

Love the seeds and love buying here .. BUT the last 2 times I have purchased ( on different CC cards) my card numbers have been stolen and used to buy things at different stores online. So somewhere either the card company or seed company there is a thief. So unfortunitly I am longer willing to buy .. Sad...

This company goes above and beyond the call of duty to make things right if there is a problem with your order!!!! I made a vault purchase, and when it arrived it was the correct seeds i wanted, but it was a 6 pack instead of 12 like advertised. I sent an email with photos to the customer service team, and explained to them what had happened. Within an hour they responded. They apologized for their mistake, refunded my account in full, told me to keep what they had sent me as a gift and gave me free shipping on my next order!!
I will only buy seeds from “seedsherenow” in the future! They have made a lifetime customer out of me!! Thank you *** , and thank you to the amazing customer service team!!

To be fair the delivery was quick! but my only issue is normally I would receive a few different freebie’s and a selection of stickers too which this time one freebie and no stickers what so ever! And I need to address this as I have an order ongoing with you that has been an absolute joke! how long the order is taking to be sent to usps since I have received tracking number etc! unbelievable is what it is, as well as the email correspondence as of recent I can appreciate that you are busy but as a long term customer I would appreciate an email back so I’m not left wondering what’s going on exactly!
