I ordered 2 strains. I received 2 strains that were not the same names as I ordered. I tried to find my order to confirm and could not find details on my order. The AI customer service was no help either. Lastly, it’s looking like a 35% germination as of now 10 days along. I’ve previously performed 100% germination with your ethos products. I am 95% unhappy with my last order.

I have made 2 orders of 6 seed each. Only three germinated and one isn't thriving. The 4 free seeds I received did germinate but one is not thriving. I will probably try another source next year for the outdoor growing season.

Seeds Here Now is not worth wasting money on. Purchased a clone from them last month. They sent me a FedEx tracking number for the shipment. Kept going to the FedEx tracking site and it said it was waiting for package. I went to my mailbox which is at the end of our rural road and it was stuffed in the black mailbox. I only check the mailbox once or twice a week. If they had notified me that it was coming USPS, I would have checked everyday. So it sat in my mailbox for 4+ days in the hot sun. To say the least it was wilted and dying. I was justifiably upset and tried many times to contact the company via multiple avenues but no response. Crickets. They got my money and ignored me. Do not purchase any seeds or plants from these clowns. As unprofessional as they come.

Two seeds did not germinate, i was trying to get them replaced but was not able too. I was told you guys have the best seeds

One area you could improve is selling seeds that actually grow. I've been gardening my whole life and never bought seeds from a dealer that failed to germinate. I am very disappointed with your product.
