This is in regards to Nepal pavarti regular seeds. The order process and shipping and time of shipping was great. However, please review your description for Nepal pavarti. It starts off telling me it's 100% indica. Later it is claimed to be a hybrid. And by the end of this towards a question and answer it tells you it's 100% sativa, which it is 100% sativa. I agree. So why the confusion? I called to verify your customer service was great.

This has to be the worse company I have ever ordered from. I ordered Permanent Marker Fem S1. 2 of 3 sprouted legs in a damp paper towel and I transplanted them in soil. Only 1 grew in soil. I called them and left voice mails and emailed them multiple times and they never responded. I will not be ordering from again! Order number 1137507

SHN did everything perfectly. The only issue I ever had was with USPS in my local area. But SHN themselves go above and beyond for the customer. The only thing I could think of doing differently is choosing any of the other carriers who actually bring stuff to the right address and door. I would highly recommend SHN as a legit seed bank with awesome service 100%

Happy with my order and impressed with the quality and selection. However the 15% off your first order for BTC only was not only confusing discriminatory, it honestly left me looking for another vendor.
