I ordered a strain that I really really wanted (Dr.***) and got 0% germination.which I reported to customer service. I received credit for those seeds however not for the entire original cost or the cost of shipping that I paid. I decided to order that strain again using that credit --on the off chance that I might have made a mistake. Upon receipt of my second order of that strain I tried to germinate those seeds again--this time also germinating the freebies I received with that order and the previous order. Again the strain I really wanted got 0% germination while the freebies germinated 100%. I reported my results to seedsherenow and again I received credit although again not for the entire amount of my order. As well I got no credit for shipping. There wasn't anything in the seedsherenow catalogue that I wanted so I used that credit, rather than let it go to waste, for a strain I really wasn't that interested in. All in all I spent twice as much money getting seeds I might use some day. This was a very unsatisfactory experience. By the way I got that strain I wanted thru another source and 100% germinated.
