    For pest control service they are unreliable. I used to have them come 4 times a year and 3 of the 4 times the scheduling was messed up. They either didn't notify me they were coming, or they didn't show up as scheduled. This happened for over two years, so I finally dumped them.

    Scheduling is obviously an issue with terminex. Inspectors showed up on wrong date and wrong time. Finally got it right on third try. Service is obviously an issue, technician showed up after scheduled time and became irate when challenged on time, didn't seem like customer mattered much. Not sure on quality of job since I can't check it. Terminex wanted all payment up front before any service was done - not the usual way of conducting a service business, especially since we've been a customer for several years. Made me think Terminex just wanted money, didn't really care about my problem or getting it taken care of. I think the company has gotten too big and forgotten about customer service - customer is supposed to be honored to have them come by no matter what date or time it is. If you can't tell, I'm not happy with Terminex.

    I really like ***, the service man who does our pest control quarterly spraying.

    As a company, Terminix doesn't have a good scheduling system either online or through their 1-800 number. I've learned to just call *** and ask when we are on his cue because it never lines up with what Terminix.com or the recoded messages say.

    I keep getting mailings on how i can save money if i get both termite and pest service. But i do have both and i get no discount. Terminex tells me they must proclaim my home termite free before i can get the discount. Well lets pump the good killer in my walls and get all the pests dead and move on.
