    Terminix has lost its personal touch. I hate the automated scheduling system. Terminix seems more interested in selling some new service instead of taking care of current contracts. Also pricing is jacked up until customers say "stop!" Too bad it's not a local company anymore.

    Overall pleased however, I would suggest you move from your phone based notification system of planned visits to the use of emails. My wife and I both work in *** and our house is between *** and *** out west of town. By the time we get home in the evening and get the message that has been left, it is often too late to call and get ahold of anyone. An email notification would enable us to respond real time when there was an issue with the appointment time.
