    happy with everything that occurred. Service person was polite and eager to help locate trouble areas. She explained any questions I had and went about her work with concentration to the details of the job. Very pleased with everything.

    Was late because had employee meeting & company still scheduled service . (Wasn't his fault.) this was second time to schedule .last time could not make it.
    Did not have bait blocks for rats & mice ,now has to return again. Don't you stock trucks? Poor policy .at this time I would not recommend terminex

    My first technician always sprayed inside and out after I told him that is the way I would like it all the time. He also made sure he knocked down spider webs and sprayed to ensure they did not come right back.
    Current technician has to be told every time out to spray both inside and outside. I have to request that he also do my outside porch and garage each time.
    Finally, I do not believe he has ever made sure spider webs are knocked down and sprayed.
    I would hope after asking a couple of times they would know to do this but that does not appear to be the case.
    Seriously looking at moving to another service if this does not change soon.
