    Terminix needs to improve scheduling, communications, and customer service.\nSeveral times, the service technician has shown up hours late, or literally seconds before the end of the service window, with no chance of finishing the job within the negotiated time. When a customer adjusts their own schedule to accommodate a service visit, this is an extraordinary inconvenience to have the service provider miss the schedule.\n\nCommunication is poor. The company has provided zero information on the condition and status of our termite bait traps. In fact, I'm absolutely certain that they have not been checked in the years since they were installed, contrary to the promises made during purchase.
