They were excellent with communication. The hotels and overall package was first class. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely use this group again

I was more than satisfied with TGW. From the moment I reached out about booking, everything was smooth and easy. Communication was consistent and clear from start to finish, before, during, and even after my trip. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone was available almost immediately to help. That kind of responsiveness made a huge difference and allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the experience.

Every detail felt taken care of and the entire process was reassuring. I would absolutely recommend TGW to anyone looking to plan a fun vacation. I'd definitely book with TGW again!

I recently had my second travel experience with TGW to Spain for the Running of the Bulls with Lisbon, Portugal, as an add on. It was spectacular! TGW partners with the best suppliers to deliver an unbelievable, unmatched, and stress-free experience. Not only did we get to experience a balcony view for the bulls run, we were right at Dead Man's Corner. I couldn't have asked for a better vantage point. The tour guides were knowledgeable and made Pamploma and Lisbon come alive. Our driver for the airport transport in Lisbon gave fabulous recommendations and a great local perspective. I can't wait until my next trip with TGW!

Best planned and executed trip ever! Four cities and two train rides all transportation was on time and drivers and tour guides were excellent. Pamplona plan fit our needs perfectly. iwill definitely use TGW again.

I had an amazing experience with TGW Travel! The hotels they selected were top-notch and perfectly located — close to all the action, yet comfortable and stylish. Anytime I had a question or ran into a small issue, their team responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved.

The tours they organized were excellent — the Tapas & Wine Tasting Tour was a delicious and fun way to dive into the local culture, and the Girona/Costa Brava tour was absolutely stunning. The clear highlight of the trip, though, was the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona — a once-in-a-lifetime thrill that TGW made possible for my family and I.

Highly recommend TGW Travel Group for anyone looking for a well-organized, exciting, and worry-free travel experience!

Everything was well handled and Arturo stepped in to address the only glitches.
Driver transport in Pamplona was an issue both on arrival and departure.
Madrid driver was wonderful on arrival from USA and DEPARTURE TO TRAIN STATION, as well as return from Pamplona. Directions for meet up at Madrid train station need to be more precise.
It was a wonderful adventure and a memory to make me smile for a lifetime.

We recently took a trip to London (June 2025), and the experience was amazing thanks to the high-quality service, activities, and communication that were provided. Our contact, Art, provided information about the driver, to and from the airport, and ensured that we had all current documentation. The itinerary provided a balance of free exploration time and scheduled excursions. This was our 2nd trip with TGW, and they did not disappoint. We highly recommend this travel group to our friends and family who have considered traveling outside of the country.

I used these services for my recently past trip to Turks and Caicos and everything went extremely well! Travels to and from the airport and our included excursions were very efficient and punctual! All drivers made sure myself and the rest of my party got to and from our destinations as safe as possible. Will definitely be booking through this company for my next travels!

TGW Group, Tours Gone Wild, is a fabulous Agency to deal with for any of your future travels. We highly recommend them. They have assisted us in our worldly travels since 2018. We have been most happy all the years that we have had them plan and arrange our extraordinary travels, never been disappointed with their services. *** and *** have been very thorough in arranging all of our travels from start to finish, making them all worry-free and enjoyable trips. You tell them where you want to go. They supply you with good suggestions for places to visit when setting up your day to day trip itinerary. They do have a lot of travel packages to choose from.
This is our 6th time dealing with them. This time around we went to Chile. It is a large country with a lot of interesting places to travel to. We made a lot of stops in our 3-1/4 weeks tour. We visited Santiago, Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine (magnificent National Park to visit and lodge there too, great countryside views, glacier trip by boat, including a lot of waterfalls, wildlife and sea life), Puerto Varas, Llanquihue, Frutillar, Puerto Octay, Island of Chiloe and lastly Easter Island (which we saved for the end of our trip, very worthwhile).
We look forward to continue planning our future travels with TGW Group, Tours Gone Wild. Happy 21st Anniversary TGW Group, Tours Gone Wild!! These amount of years of business says a lot about you. We fully understand why! Great Customer Service.
