Excellent work by the travel company. No faults or hiccups. We called on the company very late as our previous company was proving to be late in their organization and increasingly expensive. We had already booked flights but the company worked around that without any problems.
I thoroughly recommend them!

This is the second time that I have traveled with TGW and everything about ***and his team is beyond perfectly amazing. They are incredibly responsive and communicative and have excellent attention to detail, even during the duration of your trip. My most recent trip had a hiccup due to a delayed flight (airline carriers fault) and it caused me to miss the entire first leg of my trip. ***was quick to update all the tour guides and cancel my hotel, and provide all the necessary information needed for travel insurance purposes. He really made this trip as stress free as possible and I'm so thankful

I have used this provider and specifically Santiago twice and I/we couldn't be happier. Every email was answered promptly, every questioned answered, every arrangement, driver and accommodations were excellent.
The tour company and transportation set up in Paris - LIV - were excellent. On time, tour guides were superior.

A special shout out to Santiago Mejia for his attention to detail and follow-up. TGW Travel Group

I was more than satisfied with TGW. From the moment I reached out about booking, everything was smooth and easy. Communication was consistent and clear from start to finish, before, during, and even after my trip. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone was available almost immediately to help. That kind of responsiveness made a huge difference and allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the experience.

Every detail felt taken care of and the entire process was reassuring. I would absolutely recommend TGW to anyone looking to plan a fun vacation. I'd definitely book with TGW again!

I recently had my second travel experience with TGW to Spain for the Running of the Bulls with Lisbon, Portugal, as an add on. It was spectacular! TGW partners with the best suppliers to deliver an unbelievable, unmatched, and stress-free experience. Not only did we get to experience a balcony view for the bulls run, we were right at Dead Man's Corner. I couldn't have asked for a better vantage point. The tour guides were knowledgeable and made Pamploma and Lisbon come alive. Our driver for the airport transport in Lisbon gave fabulous recommendations and a great local perspective. I can't wait until my next trip with TGW!

Best planned and executed trip ever! Four cities and two train rides all transportation was on time and drivers and tour guides were excellent. Pamplona plan fit our needs perfectly. iwill definitely use TGW again.

I had an amazing experience with TGW Travel! The hotels they selected were top-notch and perfectly located — close to all the action, yet comfortable and stylish. Anytime I had a question or ran into a small issue, their team responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved.

The tours they organized were excellent — the Tapas & Wine Tasting Tour was a delicious and fun way to dive into the local culture, and the Girona/Costa Brava tour was absolutely stunning. The clear highlight of the trip, though, was the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona — a once-in-a-lifetime thrill that TGW made possible for my family and I.

Highly recommend TGW Travel Group for anyone looking for a well-organized, exciting, and worry-free travel experience!
