I'll be honest. Your service was first rate. From the intro to the departure, we received nothing but exactly what we expected. You were on-time, you delivered every excursion as described, and there were no issues. We'd like to call out one of your party motivator. I believe his name was Juan. He spoke six languages. He was an excellent personality, and he knew his business. Nothing but good things to say about the rest of the crew. The whole trip was a delight, to include the hotel.

Overall tours gone wild, did an incredible job helping us not only book our trip to Rio, but personalize it to our needs and desires. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and delivered exactly what we expected. The tours were incredible and the tour guides were very well informed as well as, high energy and fun. We can’t wait to come back to Brazil.

I've been extremely fortunate to have traveled to all 7 continents and 40+ countries including 3 trips to Brazil, and in the course of those travels, I've worked with numerous tour operators, so you can be confident that I know whereof I speak when I tell you that TGW did an outstanding job with my 2026 Rio Carnaval tour from start to finish. Everything was very well planned and coordinated and was exactly as advertised. Special thanks to Arturo, Cristian, Raquel, and Juan (my experiences with other TGW team members were 100% positive as well). I would gladly travel with TGW again and would unequivocally recommend that you consider TGW if you're planning a trip to Rio for Carnaval 2027!

My experience with TGW from start to finish was excellent, from the flexible payment options, keeping me up to date with information along the way to arriving in Brazil, being picked up and all the planned events. Your team know what they are doing, they are professional, approachable and obviously enjoy the work they do. I would recommend your company to anyone who’s desire is to go to carnival, for me it was the best and safest way to experience local Brazilian culture and carnival. I especially liked the fact that we were fast tracked into all the events, no lining or queuing up!! Bravo.

Party party and party! These guys and gals know how to set the mood and get you ready for an amazing time. They helped me with every question, every task, and even helped me exchange money in to Portuguese money. TGW is an awesome group to back and get behind because they want everybody to have an amazing time.

This your group is very professional and communication was excellent.
When I arrived at Rio I was greeted and taken straight to my hotel.
The tour guides were very professional/ friendly.
Spoken English was very good.
I would love to use this tour group again.
I am a 79 year old male from USA and was respected and I felt safe at all times despite being a very busy time in Rio.
