I was very happy with the arrangements made to make this trip unforgettable. The logistics starting by pickup services from airports to land transport as well as arrangements for the different tours were all perfect. used to get prior notification about the upcoming activities ahead of time which made this a very well organized trip. In addition, all the guides to the different tours were great. They were proper, good English, understandable accent and knowledgeable. The selected resorts and hotels were also great. They all had all the needed amenities with spacious rooms and good views. This is my second trip with TGW and I highly recommend them.

All the tours were informative and enlightening.
Each guide was very organized and engaging.

Everyone on the TGW Team was super helpful throughout the entire process.

For anyone looking to travel abroad to South America, do not hesitate to use Art and TGW Travel. From the onset or our interaction, Art was fabulous and helped plan from A to Z all the details of what we were looking for. He even planned excursions that were out of the "normal" request and always delivered seamlessly. We had a need to make immediate changes due to flight delays, and even after hours, he and his crew were available and made the needed changes. We all had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend their services. We will most definitely be using them again for all travel in the future.

TGW planned the perfect family trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janeiro. We were able to see the main attractions in 8 days. TGW gave us great tips on top restaurants to visit in each city and the guides were awesome. When I had some questions, the helpdesk got right back to me via whatsapp. Already looking to plan my next adventure with this company.

This was my first time using a travel agency and it certainly won’t be my last. I really liked how organized and how safe I was throughout the entire vacation. I also liked how there are payment plans so you don’t have to worry about any financial issues prior to the vacation. The employees were always on time and made sure that I made it to every event from the airport, tours and to the parties. I’d like to give a special shoutout to *** , the tour guide as well as *** , the security guard. *** made sure that we all were enjoying the tour sites and she also helped take nice pictures because she knew that I traveled solo. *** , the security guard, really made sure that I made it back to my hotel safely when I needed that especially after having a few too many drinks. I really enjoyed my overall experience with this travel agency. When you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to worry about anything except having fun and this agency allows you to do just that!

I wanted to do something different this year and take my wife to Germany for Christmas. Even though TGW didn’t offer this on their site, they customized the trip for me. We have traveled with them before and so glad we contacted them again for this trip. Everything was perfect!

we just returned from another amazing trip to Brazil and it went off smoothly like always. We have traveled quite a bit throughout the years w/ TGW and do so yearly as they are very reliable and are always there to help us whenever we had any questions or issues with anything. Their constant whatsapp and text line contact with us was brilliant. A big thanks to our guide *** and driver *** who went out of his way for us when we forgot some items at the hotel and had to go back to get them. I hope to plan something soon again for 26. Maybe this time the Running of the Bulls. obrigada!

excellent organization, punctuality and attentiveness. Our guide *** was always available to help us with any issues or questions throughout our stay in Rio. we loved the Brazilian cooking class. The clubs were top notch and tables were great. Our host was there to make sure we didnt have any issues ordering and getting back safely to our hotel which went a long way - especially that second night with the rainstorm. Our group has traveled with *** before and we are thinking of going back for Carnival 2026.if not 27. obrigado!

Excellent work by the travel company. No faults or hiccups. We called on the company very late as our previous company was proving to be late in their organization and increasingly expensive. We had already booked flights but the company worked around that without any problems.
I thoroughly recommend them!
