The ordering process was easy. The product was shipped quickly. Nothing was wrong with the product when it arrived. What else can you ask for? The experience was uneventful as it should be. I received exactly what I ordered and am very happy!
I ordered an item, was billed for it, and then was told it was not available. I’m still waiting for my refund.

My purchase was handled promptly. Communication has been excellent. My purchase was shipped promptly and arrived just as promptly. I am a very satisfied customer, and recommend Zuma.
Very bad experience. SP Richards was supposed to send me order #334071 in nine shipments, but I only received 6 shipments. The other 3 have either been delayed repeatedly, or they were returned to SP Richards. The 6 shipments I did receive were so poorly packaged that items were banged around and dented. Plus, some of the shipments had missing items. One box was supposed to contain 12 cans of soda, but there were only 7. I barely received 2/3 of my order, and much of what I did receive was damaged because of sloppy packaging by SP Richards. If I'd known they were your supplier, I never would have ordered from you. I'll be calling you for a refund because I never received all of my order.

Also, Arizona doesn't charge sales tax on purchases of food or beverages when they are considered groceries for home consumption. You shouldn't have charged sales tax on the tea and soda I ordered. Online shops like Walmart, Vitacost and Amazon know this, so you should too.
